Abstract

Mycosis fungoides is the most frequent cutaneous lymphoma. Unlike classic mycosis fungoides, folliculotropic mycosis fungoides is associated with refractory treatment and poor prognosis. In Colombia, topical chlormethine has been available for only two years. We present three cases of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides resistant to topical and systemic treatments, which had an excellent response to chlormethine.
