Undifferentiated sarcoma is a rare soft tissue cancer and can arise in any anatomical location. In some cases, previous radiotherapy has been associated as a risk factor. The recommended treatment is wide surgical excision, but in cases where this is not possible, doxorubicin-based chemotherapy is considered. Given its low frequency, aggressive behavior, and poor prognosis, it is important to report new cases to help early detection in the context of patients who have previously received radiotherapy as oncological treatment.
